Actors and Orchestra

April 2020 Zoom Readthrough

Coda’s Journey is a legend – the creation of the very first orchestra. It is a symphonic work accompanied by storytelling theatrics that is intended to introduce young audiences to the instruments of the orchestra as well as to varied types of music such as classical, jazz, and world music. In performance, this work is conceived as a collaboration between a symphonic orchestra and a theatre company. It aims to entice our younger generation to find the magic of classical music, enabling them to become staunch supporters of this art form for the rest of their lives.
